Tabs do not show after being activated
When you activate the Tabs Studio app embed in a theme, the app will try to find the location of the product description so that it knows where to show the tabs and what content to show in them.
If the product description can't be found, the app will try to show the tabs in an alternate location, usually right below the 'Add to cart' buttons.
If an alternate location can't be found, the tabs will not show.
Show the product description
If the product description does not show on the page, the app will not find it.
Make sure the theme settings are set to show the product description, that the theme does not hide the description section if the description content is empty, and that nothing is removing or hiding the description section when the page loads.
If you're not sure how to show the product description, or if it should be showing but it isn't, please contact your theme developer.
Show the original product description content
If the product description on the page does not match the original product description, the app will not find it.
Deactivate any apps or theme settings that add tabs, accordions, 'read more' links, or other content or behaviour to the product description on the page.
If you're not sure how to use the theme settings to show the original product description content, please contact your theme developer.
Add tabs to a page element
Add tabs to a page element to tell the app exactly where to show the tabs and what content to show in them.
OS 2.0Add the tabs app block
Add the Tabs Studio app block to directly place tabs on the page instead of having the app embed try to find a location for them.
