Translate tabs

You can translate the default tab title, tabs created from headings, and shared tabs.

The default tab title

To translate the default tab title:

1. From the Tabs Studio app, click Settings.

2. Click Translations.

3. In the Default tab title section, under Language, select a language.

4. In the Default tab title section, under Default tab title, enter the translated title for the tab in the selected language.

5. Optional

   Click Add translation to add another translation. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the new translation.

6. Click Save.

Tabs created from headings

To translate tabs created from headings:

1. Install a third-party translation app from the Shopify App Store.

2. Use the translation app to add translations for your product descriptions.

Shared tab

To translate a shared tab:

1. From the Tabs Studio app, click Shared tabs.

2. Create a new shared tab or click on an existing shared tab to edit it.

3. In the Title field, enter the translated title for the tab.

   You can use a translation service such as Google Translate to generate the translated title.

4. In the Content area, enter the translated content for the tab.

   You can use a translation service such as Google Translate to generate the translated content.

5. In the Language section, select a language . The tab will only show when the store is viewed in the selected language.

6. Click Save.
